A five-spread editorial magazine layout based on Jacques Tati’s 1967 experimental film titled Playtime. Each page utilizes manipulated screen grabs from the film itself, folios, headings & subheads. Playtime utilizes a distinct visual approach, creating an environment where every aesthetic choice is undeniably intentional. When developing these spreads, the same distinction and attention to detail were given, showcased through the underlying grid structure and color journey.
